The expected usable life of a UPS is many years, often more than a decade. To ensure the same quality output the system requires annual preventative maintenance.
Preventative maintenance includes equipment cleaning to avoid overheating, inspection of installation and operation environment, mechanical inspection, measurements and adjustments, battery condition check, systems check and necessary action and eventual repairs.
A J Hurst Ltd recommend that regular preventative maintenance is essential for your backup system. Through our Technical Services we are please to be able offer a number of maintenance packages to suit everyones needs;
> Standard Maintenance
Includes one maintenance visit per annum during normal working hours, Monday to Friday , 9am to 5pm.
- Emergency service callout guaranteed before end of next working day.
- All parts and labour are included in the contract price.
- Battery replacement and associated costs are not included.
- Access to emergency callout number
> Enhanced Maintenance
Includes one maintenance visit per annum during normal working hours, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Priority response to emergency fault within 6 hours, 24 hour response, 7 days per week, 365 days per year.
- All parts and labour included in the contract price.
- Battery replacement and associated costs are not included.
- Access to emergency callout number
> Premier Maintenance
Includes one maintenance visit per annum during normal working hours, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5pm. Priority response to emergency fault within 4 clock hours, 24 hour response, 7 days per week, 365 days per year.
- All parts and labour included in the contract price.
- Battery replacement and associated costs are not included.
- Access to emergency callout number.
