Lighting Optimisers

"A Simple Solution for reduction of lighting electricty consumption and costs"

Alfred J Hurst Ltd specialise in lighting energy savings for large industrial and commercial systems. These are typically found in warehousing / distribution and manufacturing. Not every client has the luxury of being able to replace existing discharge lamps with energy efficient lighting which is why voltage optimisation is the perfect solution. By installing a voltage optimiser we can provide lighting energy savings of between 20% and 80% without changing any fittings.

The ECO-MAX system is the range of lighting optimisers which are generally aimed at industrial and commercial discharge and fluorescent lighting systems where savings of around 25%-40% are typical common without turning lights off.

Greater savings up to 70% are common where natural daylight is available and lights can be automatically dimmed or even turned off at times.

The ECO-MAX lighting optimizer can combine numerous controls:

Daylight linked light controls – with sensors in place, daylight can be harvested and lights automatically switched off or dimmed down to a minimum level required. Daylight levels can be linked to levels of voltage optimisation.
Zoning light controls – one control system can control up to four zones.
Switched light controls – e.g. manual / timed switching – fully programmable.
Occupancy detection – This type of lighting control is only applicable to certain types of lamps.

The ECO-MAX system is available in a various range of models and sizes to suit any size lighting system from a single phase 6A to a three phase 250A.
